5. Cookies

Details are in the cookie policy. Consent is collected with QS Cookies.

6. Transfers

Some providers may process data outside the EEA, including the United States, under an adequacy decision (Data Privacy Framework) or Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose, then delete or anonymise it. Consent is stored for 180 days. Legal duties may require longer retention. Payment records and invoices are accounting records and are kept for 10 years (art. 2220 of the Italian Civil Code).

8. Who receives the data

Data may be disclosed to the providers running this site and the services listed in section 4, appointed as processors under art. 28 GDPR; to advisers who assist us, bound by confidentiality; and to public authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to third parties for their own purposes.

9. Providing your data, and automated decisions

You are under no statutory obligation to give us your data. If you use the contact form, the fields marked as required are what we need in order to reply: without them we cannot follow up on your request. Consent to optional cookies is free: if you refuse it the site keeps working, without statistics or marketing.

We take no decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you (art. 22 GDPR).

Artificial intelligence (AI Act)

This site or its back office may use AI models (for example OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or Grok) to draft text, answer questions or assist staff. If you interact with an automated assistant, you will be told that you are speaking with a machine. Prompts you type may be sent to the provider to generate the reply. Do not send special-category data in a prompt unless we have asked you to and explained why.

For most websites this is a limited-risk use: the main duty is transparency (AI Act art. 50), not a high-risk conformity assessment. We do not use AI for social scoring or biometric identification in public spaces.

10. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent (arts. 15-22 GDPR). Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. Write to info@elenagentilemuah.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Italy the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it), or the authority of the country where you live or work.
